The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Recruitment & Onboarding, Payroll, Training, Appraisals, Employee Engagement, Compliance, Disciplinary, Grievance Issues, Administration, etc,.
Primary roles and Responsibilities : - HR
- Oversee the Recruitment of Right Talent and Retains them effectively.
- Identify and Manage Training and Development needs of the employees.
- Oversee performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- To have Succession planning for all levels throughout the organization.
- Utilizing ZOHO People for tracking employee information, performance, and other HR functions
- Ensure statutory compliance on all matters related to HR.
- Address Employee grievance issue promptly and take Disciplinary action wherever required.
- Promoting a positive work environment that supports the organization's mission and values.
