Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Application Support Engineer. The selected candidate will provide technical support for software applications, analyze and resolve system-related issues, and ensure smooth operation for end-users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical difficulties, maintaining system performance, and effectively communicating with clients to address and resolve their concerns.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Application Support and Technical Support processes
• Strong Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and teams
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
• Knowledge of software applications and operating systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
