Job description

We are seeking a driven and dynamic  Account Manager (Bench Sales)  to join our expanding team in  Hyderabad . In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our sales efforts, focusing on identifying and engaging with qualified IT consultants who are currently on the bench.

Job Details :

  • Position : Account Manager - Bench Sales
  • Mode : Work from Office_Hyderabad
  • Office hours : 7 : 00 pm 4 : 00 am (IST)
  • Location : Noida(Onsite)

Responsibilities :

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify suitable requirements to place IT consultants.
  • Build and maintain  strong relationships with consultants, understanding their skills, preferences, and career aspirations.
  • Actively  promote consultants to our client base, showcasing their expertise and suitability for available positions.
  • Negotiate contract terms, rates, and other aspects of the placement process with both consultants and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and account managers to facilitate smooth transitions for consultants into new roles.
  • Must have experience working with Tier 1 vendors, Implementation partners, MSP, and VMS clients
  • Build upon existing business and obtain referrals
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to consultants throughout the placement process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Must have basic knowledge on the H1b visa transfer process and US immigration law
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on the IT staffing industry.
  • Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with consultants and clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms and agreements.
