Job Overview :
This role involves driving global training programs in India, designing tailored programs for the India office, conducting needs assessments, and creating training materials. The individual will manage logistics, evaluate training effectiveness, and track the annual training plan. They will also handle internal communications, engagement, employer branding initiatives and support internal audits, ensuring alignment with both global and local needs.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the annual L&D strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives, ensuring it supports both global initiatives and local needs.
- Monitor the progress of the L&D plan throughout the year, adjusting timelines, resources, and content to ensure program goals are met.
- Track and report on training outcomes regularly, providing insights into completion rates, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
- Drive global training programs in India and design programs tailored for the India office.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify learning opportunities. Create and update training materials and resources.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and materials and Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and track the annual training plan, maintaining appropriate documentation and Manage employer branding initiatives, including creating postings and executing events.
- Prepare documentation and support internal audits.
- Manage budgets and resources for training programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal allocation
Technical Skills :
Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mass Communications or related field.Minimum 4+ Years of Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management or HR & Communications Related functions.Proven experience in performance Management, career development, succession planning & engagement and Strong interpersonal communications and ability to work cross teams in a multicultural environment.Learning Management Systems (LMS) Proficiency in tools like Excel or Power BI to analyze training effectiveness, track progress, and create reports.Experience with HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Advanced skills in PowerPoint or design tools like Canva to create visually appealing training & communication materials and resources.Position can be based at both Chennai or Bangalore.
