What You Should Have :
Relevant Experience : 2 years of experience in Sales or Telesales, preferably in a customer-facing role.Consultative Selling : Strong skills in negotiation and consultative selling, with the ability to recommend products based on customer needs.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clarity in speech and a persuasive tone.Relationship Management : Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.Target-Oriented : Results-driven with a focus on achieving daily and monthly targets.Qualification : Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).Skills Required
