Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and social media.
- Counsel prospective students and parents on course options, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and application processes.
- Conduct campus tours, presentations, and one-on-one consultations.
- Follow up with leads to drive enrollment conversions.
- Coordinate application reviews, document verification, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM or admissions software.
- Collaborate with marketing teams during admission campaigns, webinars, and education fairs.
- Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Assist in onboarding new students during orientation and induction programs.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.1–3 years of experience in admissions, academic counseling, or student services.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasion and follow-up abilities.Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and virtual meeting platforms.Professional, student-focused, and goal-oriented mindset.Preferred Qualifications :
Master's degree in Counseling, Education Management, or related field.Experience in international admissions or education consulting.Knowledge of visa processes (for institutions admitting international students).Multilingual abilities (depending on region) are an advantage.Skills Required
