Working Days : 6 days / week (Some Saturdays may be off based on business feasibility)

- NA / US : 8 PM – 5 AM

Role Overview :
We’re looking for passionate and dynamic professionals to join upGrad’s International Sales team. As an Admissions Counsellor, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective learners across global markets, guiding them through their career and learning journey.
Key Responsibilities :
Counsel potential learners and guide them in choosing suitable programs for their career goals.Manage the complete sales lifecycle — from lead outreach, product demo, and conversion, to post-sales engagement.Achieve weekly targets for enrollments, revenue, and collections.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM database.Clearly articulate the value and impact of upGrad’s learning solutions.Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance learner experience and sales outcomes.What We’re Looking For :
2–5 years of experience in international sales (preferably in EdTech).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of global cultural nuances and student behavior.Goal-driven, empathetic, and disciplined professional.Proficient with MS Office and familiar with CRM tools.
