Key Responsibilities :
- Sales and Membership Pitches : Close deals, pitch paid memberships, and offer top-tier services to Shaadi.com's global and late-night members.
- Customer Interaction : Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Demonstrations : Provide product information, demonstrations, and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Upselling / Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services that align with customer requirements.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaboration with Teams : Work with internal teams (e.g., technical support) to resolve complex customer issues.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience : 1-4 years in BPO customer service, voice processing, outbound calling, or related fields.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with strong written communication skills required (especially for international or NRI calls).Self-motivated and Independent : Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with strong organizational skills.Target-Driven : High energy, quick thinking, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets.Qualifications : HSC or Graduate degree with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Key Skills :
