Role & responsibilities
- Make 150+ daily calls with 50+ fresh calls per day
- Maintain an average talk time of 2.5 to 3 hours
- Organize webinars and workshops to drive closures
- Achieve monthly closure targets through direct sales
- Maintain high conversion rates from inquiries to applications and enrollments
- Generate referrals from existing customers and achieve targets
- Drive renewal campaigns and achieve conversion percentage targets
- Visit branches and business partners as per business requirements to drive direct closures from these channels
