A  new 40-key boutique hotel  in the heart of  Srinagar  is opening soon — blending  local craft, warm Kashmiri hospitality, and modern design  into a serene retreat for discerning travellers.

We’re seeking a  Hotel Manager / General Manager  to lead the  pre-opening and operations  with passion, ownership, and an eye for detail.

📍 Position :  Hotel Manager / General Manager

📌 Location :  Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir

🧭 Experience :  8–12 years in boutique / luxury hotels or resorts

🗓️ Joining :  November–December 2025

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the  pre-opening phase  – team hiring, SOP development, and brand alignment
• Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on  guest satisfaction, service culture, and profitability
• Drive  F&B innovation , partnerships, and local experience integration
• Oversee  budgets, sales strategy, and owner reporting
• Build and mentor a  motivated, guest-focused team
