Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions).
- Conduct A / B testing for creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies.
- Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis .
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting dashboards .
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad policies, and algorithm updates .
- Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Support overall digital marketing strategies including SEO, email marketing, and social media when needed.
Requirements :
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer / Ads Specialist (3+ years).Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and other paid platforms.Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools .Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Creative thinking with the ability to craft engaging ad copies and campaigns.Skills Required
