Google Ads Performance Specialist

Job descriptionSet up, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns and budgets using Google Ads. Collaborate with copywriters and designers to improve performance for our clients. Perform regular tracking and analysis of the performance of the campaigns, including A / B testing for creatives to optimize for engagement / conversions. Review new content submissions (landing page copy, video edits, etc.) and provide feedback if changes need to be made before testing. Send templated reports to clients about weekly and monthly results. Keep up to date with the latest from our industry. Flexible work schedule – this isn’t your typical 9-5. Remote work – no need to step into an office. The selected candidates will work under senior media buyers and client success managers for the initial 2-3 weeks, which will serve as a probation period. EXPERIENCE
- Must have prior experience running Google Ads
- Must have spent at least USD $100,000+ in ad spend on google ads in last 12 months
- Must have experience working with DTC brands
- Must have a strong understanding of data and analytics
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience using Google Tag Manager
- Experience with Google Merchant Center
- Knowledgeable about how to set up conversions on google ads account
- Understand google ads account policies and Google Merchant Center policies
