About the Role :

We are seeking a performance-driven and innovative E-commerce Ads Specialist to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly shape our brand’s visibility, growth, and success across leading online marketplaces. Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Quick-Commerce platforms, and global marketplaces).
  • Convert marketplace data into actionable insights and winning strategies that drive visibility and sales.
  • Perform competitor analysis to spot opportunities, refine strategies, and stay ahead in the market.
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs such as ROI, ACoS, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Continuously analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Track and manage spends across automatic and manual campaigns.
  • Stay updated with marketplace algorithm changes and industry best practices.
  • Generate fresh advertising ideas and execute them independently.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1-year proven experience as an E-commerce Marketing / Ads Specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Familiarity with quick-commerce platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart (preferred).
  • Priority will be given to candidates with familiarity in Amazon DSP.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to identify trends, build strategies, and take proactive action.
  • Self-starter with a creative approach, Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Prior experience in the Pharma / FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
