About the Role :
We’re looking for a Technical Account Specialist to support our advertising operations team. You’ll be responsible for setting up, managing, and troubleshooting digital ad campaigns while ensuring everything runs smoothly for our clients.
What You’ll Do :
- Handle all day-to-day campaign setup, tracking, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Manage requests related to the full campaign lifecycle — from launch to reporting.
- Communicate campaign timelines and deliverables clearly with internal teams and clients.
- Spot and resolve any issues or miscommunications quickly.
- Learn and use tools, systems, and best practices for campaign management.
- Simplify and present technical or data-heavy insights to non-technical audiences.
What You’ll Need :
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Math, etc.) preferred.2–3 years of experience in Ad Operations, Programmatic Advertising, or Campaign Management .Hands-on experience with Ad Servers, DMPs, SSPs, Tag Implementation, or Ad Exchanges .Ability to troubleshoot using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS .Strong SQL skills to pull and analyze data.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Experience working with a SaaS platform or in a technical client service environment.In short :
