Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with deep expertise in UK Absence Management.

The ideal candidate will specialize in implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, primarily focusing on Core HR and Absence Management, with additional experience in Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security modules being an advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and understand business requirements, ensuring alignment with Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
• Configure and implement HCM Cloud modules, primarily focusing on UK Absence Management and Core HR.
• Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and support technical teams in solution realization.
• Perform system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Support clients throughout the project lifecycle - from design and configuration to post-go-live stabilization.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
• Participate in release management activities, including regression testing for new HCM Cloud updates.
• Provide knowledge transfer, end-user training, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless system integrations.
