Job Description : Principal Consultant Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant

Location : : Any Degree

Responsibilities :

• Deliver the technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Oracle HCM Cloud systems.
• Develop HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis and integration with other systems.
• Develop Reports using BI Publisher.
• Perform data conversion using HDL.
• Develop fast formulas.
• Functional understanding of at least two HCM modules including Core HR.
• Understanding of Redwood framework.
• Understanding of Journey configuration.
• Perform Page personalization and customizations using VBS.
• Migrate existing page personalization to Redwood using VBS.
• Develop integrations using REST APIS.
• Nice to have OIC development skills & experience.
• Nice to have VB development skills & experience.
• Prepare and submit technical documentation.
• Participate in requirement collection discussion with business.
• Manage integration between HCM Cloud and external applications or systems within the

organization.
