Key Responsibilities :
- Modern Trade Account Management :
- Handle and grow sales through MT key accounts like Reliance, Apollo, D-Mart, More, Spencers, Big Bazaar, etc.
- Ensure SKU availability, visibility, and placement in all modern trade outlets.
- Plan and execute monthly promotions and offers in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Sales Target Achievement :
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive growth across assigned MT outlets and increase market share.
- Merchandising and Visibility :
- Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure brand visibility as per guidelines.
- Supervise and guide merchandisers across MT outlets.
- Relationship Building :
- Develop strong working relationships with store managers, purchase managers, and key decision-makers.
- Operations & Compliance :
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain / distributors for timely replenishment.
- Ensure timely claim processing, order punching, and adherence to trade schemes.
- Reporting & Analysis :
- Provide regular sales reports, store performance data, and insights to the reporting manager.
- Analyze consumer trends and competition activities within the MT space.
