Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Maintain and increase sales of the company s products.
- Oversee the execution of sales strategies to enhance product penetration and visibility.
- Ensure product availability, timely delivery, and effective stock management.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess sales performance and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor team performance and motivate members to reach targets.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to keep the company ahead of market changes.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Experience Requirements :
Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the FMCG industry, specifically in General Trade.Qualifications :
