Delivery Manager with experience in CMS

CMS Delivery Manager with over 12 years of experience, responsible for the successful execution of large-scale CMS projects. This role requires a strong background in project management, technical expertise in CMS platforms, and a proven ability to lead and manage large, cross-functional teams.

Core Responsibilities

• CMS Expertise : You must have hands-on experience with a Content Management System ( CMS ) like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Oracle Web Center . You'll have a proven track record of successfully implementing and deploying large-scale CMS projects.
• Project Management : You will manage multiple projects simultaneously using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. This includes monitoring project baselines, identifying and mitigating risks and issues, and creating strategies to address potential shortfalls in timelines and budgets.
• Team Leadership : You will manage large teams, potentially over 100 resources, and use creative problem-solving skills to handle team-related and cross-functional issues. The role demands extensive experience in managing both offshore and onshore resources.
• Operational Excellence : You'll be passionate about operational excellence and governance, with experience in all phases of the system development life cycle, from planning to implementation.
