Responsibilities :
- Ability to establish good working relationships with customers
- Manage the SOW / Contract requirements and related change requests (CR)
- Monitor and manage project budgets (labor and expense)
- Manage project issues / risks and client expectations and escalate as needed
- Assist senior members of the department with facilitating and coordinating project and support activities including project reviews, schedules, analysis and tracking
- Provide backup and support for other team members in Solution Delivery as needed
- Perform other job-related duties as required
Qualifications
Education
Required
Bachelors or better in Information Technology or related field.
Experience
Required
Minimum of 2 yrs. in PMO or IT consulting support environment.Minimum 2 years experience with project methodology and management.Exceptional organizational, personal and communication skills required.Minimum of 2 yrs. with experience in Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint required.Experience in SAP / ERP system.PreferredExperience with creating and maintaining templates.Experience handling software IT projects preferred.Prior Experience in Post-Production Software Service model preferred.Skills Required
