Associate Delivery Manager

Responsibilities :

• Ability to establish good working relationships with customers
• Manage the SOW / Contract requirements and related change requests (CR)
• Monitor and manage project budgets (labor and expense)
• Manage project issues / risks and client expectations and escalate as needed
• Assist senior members of the department with facilitating and coordinating project and support activities including project reviews, schedules, analysis and tracking
• Provide backup and support for other team members in Solution Delivery as needed
• Perform other job-related duties as required

Bachelors or better in Information Technology or related field.
