Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead / Manager with a strong background in Salesforce delivery, Agile methodologies, and project / program management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale IT programs, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions in the Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce-based solutions across multiple projects.
• Manage large-scale IT programs with cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Ensure adherence to Agile delivery practices, timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project managers and delivery teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in Pharma / Life Sciences / Healthcare Skills & Experience :
• 15+ years of total experience in the ITES industry.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and Agile delivery.
• 5+ years of experience in project and delivery management roles.
• Strong domain knowledge in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex IT programs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
