Field Sales Executives
to join our team. The role demands extensive on-field presence, client interaction, and proactive market engagement. The ideal candidate should enjoy travel, be comfortable with cold calling, and excel at developing new business opportunities across assigned territories.
Responsibilities
Conduct field visits, cold calls, and client meetings to generate new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Ensure complete geographic coverage of the assigned area.
Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights.
Participate in promotional activities, product demos, and customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s / master’s degree in (Engineering / Electronic / Optometry / Science).
Desired Candidate Profile :
Graduate with
1–2 years of experience
in
field sales
( medical devices, diagnostics, or pharma preferred) .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
Confident, self-motivated, and target driven.
Comfortable with
extensive travel and field work.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
