We are looking for a highly skilled Ticketing Executive to join our growing travel team. If you’re experienced with Galileo (and ideally Sabre as well), passionate about delivering exceptional customer support, and confident handling complex ticketing scenarios, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Handle ticketing, reissues, revalidations, and refunds accurately and efficiently
• Process EMDs / EMCs, exchanges, voluntary / involuntary changes, and other ticketing requests
• Support customers with any travel-related inquiries, ensuring fast and professional service
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve ticketing issues
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all PNR and GDS operations
