About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in PNR Creation, Issuance, Reissuance, Changes / Cancellations, and Rescheduling , along with a strong working knowledge of GDS . This dynamic position combines customer service excellence with revenue generation expertise.

Experience Required : 2+ Years

Location : Noida (Sector 63)

Shift : Night Shifts-6 Days Working

Joining : Immediate preferred

Key Requirements :

• In-depth knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo preferred)
• Proficiency in handling international and domestic ticketing operations
• Strong understanding of city codes, airport codes, and airline hubs
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts , including nights and weekends
