Join our dynamic team and play a key role in handling air ticketing for domestic and international travel clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle flight bookings through  GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)  and other travel portals.
• Liaise with  airlines  to secure the best-negotiated fares for tours and corporate clients.
• Manage ticketing operations including  cancellations, reissues, and fare adjustments.
• Maintain strong professional relations with airlines and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Analyze travel budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities to  maximize profitability.
• Communicate with clients to provide information on  fares, schedules, and booking policies.
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate booking records in  Excel and CRM systems.
• Work closely with the  Tours and Sales  teams to ensure smooth coordination and client satisfaction.
