We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Client Servicing Manager to join our advertising agency team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing brands within an advertising agency environment, with strong expertise in client servicing, brand strategy, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative sensibility, and excellent relationship management skills to deliver impactful brand communication and measurable business results for Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and a strong partnership.
- Lead the end-to-end brand management process, from brief to execution, across digital, ATL, BTL, and integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, and production) to deliver innovative and effective brand solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients business, market, and competitors to provide proactive brand recommendations.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality execution.
- Present strategies, creative concepts, and campaign performance reports to clients.
- Drive brand consistency across all touchpoints, aligning with the clients vision and objectives.
