Sr Payroll Analyst

Payroll Operation :

• Prepare payroll input for submission to Payroll Vendor for monthly processing.
• Review and reconcile payroll output files to ensure accuracy of payments and reports in alignment with company policies & procedures and in compliance with local statutory and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with the Payroll Accounting team to ensure accurate posting of payroll entries for financial closing.
• Ensure Full & Final Settlement is completed and statement released to Leavers.
• Support Quarterly / Annual Statutory filing and Year-end payroll activities including reviewing employees Form 16.
• Handle employees query and coordinate with Payroll Vendor on Provident Fund matters including account creation transfers withdrawals.
• Address employees query on TDS deduction.
• Support Shop & Establishment Renewal.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR operation C&B Global mobility etc to manage payroll operations escalations and query resolution.
• Multi-task various aspects of the position while being able to prioritize daily workload to achieve payroll team goals as well as provide quality internal and external customer service.
• Prepare and handle annual internal and external payroll audits.
• Manage external vendors to ensure adherence to agreed service levels
• Perform other duties as assigned.
