Job Overview

Responsible for all payroll activities, statutory activities, reporting activities.

Job Responsibilities :

• Handling multiple location payroll with different due dates
• Verifying all payroll Fixed components and variable components and statutory deductions and other deductions are considered
• Team player to coordinate with multi-HR department for collecting information and processing the payroll on time
• Providing complete support to the Internal and External auditors
• Handling the income tax notice and queries
• Form16 issuance to employees and quarterly 24Q TDS return filing
• Handling the RSU / ESPP benefits the employees
• Handling the Car Lease / Mobile lease recovery and related FBP restructuring
• Handling Gratuity / Superannuation retirement benefits
• Handling TDS / PF / VPF / LWF / PT for multiple locations
• Handling Loans and advances of employees
• Timely processing of the employees full and final settlement
• Handling payroll accounting like payroll entry posting and other accrual entry postings in SAP
• Processing the employee's salary on time and following with bank until salary payment
• Remittance of all statutory payments before due date
• Handling employee queries case to case basis
• Strong Analytical Knowledge in the payroll
