Roles and Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience in sales recruitment , accounting roles , and APAC & India hiring
- Creates and executes global recruitment strategies for assigned functional and geographic areas
- Manages end-to-end recruitment processes , from job specification development through to candidate acceptance
- Oversees and coordinates interview scheduling , feedback collection, and communication with stakeholders
- Develops and maintains internal talent capability and pipelines aligned to business needs
- Provides leadership and expertise in delivering broad recruiting solutions, ensuring consistent service levels
- Reviews and enhances job advertisement strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Partners with internal business leaders to align recruiting strategies, policies, and processes with organizational goals
- Conducts in-depth needs assessments with hiring managers prior to sourcing and recruitment
- Establishes communication strategies for each requisition, ensuring clear alignment on candidate feedback, interview timelines, and SLAs
- Ensures the recruitment process is consistent, efficient, and candidate-centric across all touchpoints
- Owns the candidate experience , ensuring a seamless journey from first contact to offer stage
