Summary :
The Team Lead Talent Acquisition will oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for both IT and non-IT positions.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the talent acquisition team to achieve recruitment goals.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Oversee the full life-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Conduct mass bulk recruitment drives as needed.
- Handle induction and orientation processes for new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Maintain and update recruitment metrics to track performance and improve processes.
Qualifications And Requirements :
6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.Experience in both IT and non-IT recruitment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Key Competencies :
