Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and hire top talent for various technical roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle , from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and team needs.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
About You :
You have 6 months to 1+ years of recruitment experience , ideally with exposure to technical roles.You possess strong communication & sourcing skills , enabling you to identify and engage with passive candidates effectively.You are highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.You have a keen interest in technology and understanding various technical roles.Skills Required
