Position : Area Sales Manager - Medical Simulators
Location : Karnataka, Telangana or Tamilnadu (frequent travel required)

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute zonal sales strategy aligned with national goals.
Lead, manage, and mentor a regional sales team.
Generate business in medical education (medical colleges, institutions, etc.).
Own the sales cycle : lead gen closure CRM updates.
Build partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare / education industry.
Represent the company at medical trade events and conferences.
Collaborate with national sales head, marketing, and support teams.

Experience & Qualifications :
Education : MBA in Sales + relevant Bachelor's degree (science / engineering / medical preferred).
Experience :
o4+ years in capex medical / healthcare equipment sales.
oProven 50100 crore sales annually for the last 2 years.
oLeadership in managing high-performance sales teams.
Skills :
oStrong medical / educational network in the region.
oExcellent verbal and written communication.
oCRM proficiency, analytical skills, and adaptability.
