Role Overview

We’re seeking a Client Servicing Executive who will act as the vital link between our clients and internal creative, production, and visualization teams.

You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, meet client expectations, and maintain the highest quality standards.

This role requires excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills , along with the ability to handle multiple projects and nurture strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Management & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand project briefs, client requirements, and deliverables clearly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (3D visualization, design, video production, marketing) for smooth execution.
  • Maintain consistent communication—share progress, updates, and address feedback proactively.

2. Project Coordination

  • Plan and monitor project timelines, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Track progress and maintain documentation for each client account.
  • Collaborate with vendors and ensure external deliverables are aligned with client needs.
  • Support project managers in executing multi-stage visualization and marketing campaigns.
  • 3. Quality & Delivery Oversight

  • Review deliverables before client submission to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Escalate potential risks or timeline challenges promptly.
  • Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency.
  • 4. Relationship Growth

  • Build trust-based relationships that encourage repeat business.
  • Identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Represent archVi professionally in meetings, reviews, and client discussions.
  • Requirements & Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management / Project Coordination , preferably in Real Estate, Architecture, Visualization, or Creative Agencies .
  • Strong understanding of project execution workflows (especially 3D renders, walkthroughs, design projects, or ad campaigns).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools , and project trackers.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a client-first attitude and strong problem-solving approach.
