Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing

With a fast-growing D2C business, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to help us scale through smart, high ROI campaigns. If you’re someone who’s excited by ROAS, funnels, and data-backed experimentation— this is for you.

What you’ll do?

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels.
• Track and improve key metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, and conversion rate
• Run A / B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting to continuously improve performance
• Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with brand and business goals
• Analyze campaign performance and turn data into clear, actionable insights
• Identify and test new channels or formats to scale D2C acquisition and retention
