We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead who can transform paid media investments into sustainable business outcomes. This is a leadership role for someone who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, while inspiring a team to deliver excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the performance marketing strategy across all digital channels (Google, Meta, , TikTok, Programmatic).
  • Drive budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting at leadership level.
  • Build frameworks for continuous testing and optimization — from ad creatives to conversion funnels.
  • Partner with Growth, Product, and Sales teams to align campaigns with business and revenue goals.
  • Introduce data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of performance marketers, fostering innovation and accountability.

What We Expect

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven success in scaling campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
  • Experience in managing budgets at scale and presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset : combining strategic vision with hands-on problem solving.
