Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing

Job description3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably for D2C or e-commerce brands, Strong understanding of ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads), analytics tools, and performance metrics. Data-first mindset with a knack for optimization and experimentation. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Experience with email / SMS / WhatsApp marketing. Working knowledge of GA4, Mixpanel, or similar tools. Familiarity with Shopify and conversion funnel strategies. You’re curious and self-driven – always testing, learning, and tweaking You have a strong bias for action – you don’t wait to be told, you try and test You enjoy solving problems and are analytical by instinct You’re collaborative and enjoy working with creative and product teams You take ownership and accountability for outcomes—not just tasks.

With a fast-growing D2C business, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to help us scale through smart, high ROI campaigns. What you’ll do?
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels.
- Track and improve key metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, and conversion rate
- Run A / B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting to continuously improve performance
- Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with brand and business goals
- Analyze campaign performance and turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Identify and test new channels or formats to scale D2C acquisition and retention
