Key Responsibilities :

• . Managing the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
• . Coordinating internal and external meetings.
• . Handling confidential documents and correspondence.
• . Acting as a liaison between the MD and stakeholders.
• . Preparing reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings.
• . Overseeing office operations and administrative tasks.
