Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD). This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication across departments, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the MD, managing schedules, projects, and key business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact between the MD and internal / external stakeholders.
• Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely execution of tasks and company objectives.
• Organize, maintain, and safeguard official and confidential documents.
• Track project progress, prepare reports, and highlight actionable insights.
• Assist in strategic planning by reviewing MIS and other business reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, Finance, and other teams to streamline operations.
• Provide support for personal and professional administrative tasks as required.
• Manage and coordinate updates on the MD’s professional social media accounts.
