Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD). This role requires exceptional follow-up, coordination, and communication skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will be the MD’s “professional voice” across business and personal tasks, enabling him to focus on growth and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, emails, and daily priorities.
- Act as the primary point of coordination between the MD and internal teams.
- Follow up on delegated tasks with strict timelines and accountability.
- Draft and review communications, letters, and official correspondence.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and support presentations.
- Handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
- Assist with personal tasks and coordination when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience : 3–5 years as an Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator / Secretary to senior management.Education : Graduate; professional secretarial / administrative training preferred.Skills :Strong command over English (written and spoken).Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google tools.Excellent follow-up and task management skills.Ability to coordinate across departments and ensure timely execution.Personal Attributes :Honest, reliable, and discreet.Stable career record (no frequent job changes).Resides within ~25 minutes of Pashtush office (Amritsar).Compensation
Competitive salary range : ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
