Job Description

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the technical strategy and road-map for digital platforms (sales website and customer app), ensuring alignment with business goals and architectural standards.

Team Management & Development

Lead and mentor a team of 15+ developers, fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on continuous learning and accountability.

Delivery Management

Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality execution using Agile methodologies.

Technical Architecture & Design

Design and guide the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance digital systems.

Technical Oversight & Guidance

Provide hands-on technical direction and problem-solving support; maintain a strong coding background to guide the team effectively.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and UX / UI teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Technology Stack Expertise

Offer deep expertise in , frameworks, MongoDB, and related technologies.

Quality Assurance & Best Practices

Promote best practices in development, including code reviews, automated testing, CI / CD, and security protocols.

Risk Management

Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure smooth project execution and system stability.

Innovation

Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential to enhance digital offerings.

The Successful Applicant

Experience & Leadership 10+ years in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleProven ability to lead and mentor large, diverse technical teams in dynamic environmentsStrong track record of delivering complex digital projects across web and mobile platforms

Technical Expertise Deep hands-on experience with : Backend : Frontend : , React, or similar JavaScript frameworks Mobile : Native or hybrid mobile development Database : MongoDB Languages : JavaScript / TypeScriptSkilled in designing and scaling high-performance, resilient digital systemsFamiliar with Agile / Scrum methodologies and CI / CD practices

Strategic & Collaborative Mindset Capable of defining technical roadmaps aligned with business goalsStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsExcellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
