Job Description
- Lead tech stack upgrades , modernization, and system hardening.
- Own the technical roadmap for core platforms (Ingenium, Group Ais, MMMA).
- Ensure cross-platform integration , scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and infrastructure teams.
- Manage internal and outsourced teams (15+ members).
- Drive automation , batch-to-real-time transitions, and CI / CD practices.
- Oversee production support , incident management, and RCA processes.
- Lead PoCs for emerging technologies and innovation initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- 15-18+ years in technical / system consulting, preferably in insurance.
- Hands-on experience with Ingenium , modernization, and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven automation and digital transformation.
- Experience managing large teams and multiple complex projects.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
- Experience in COBOL, Java, Oracle, Python, REXX , and version control tools.
- Deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile , and engineering best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management , communication, and leadership.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale transformation projects .
