Role & responsibilities :
1. Sales & Business Development :
- Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory by driving primary and secondary sales.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market penetration.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
- Drive business growth through both retail and B2B channels.
2. Channel Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.Ensure effective product placement and visibility at point-of-sale.Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to ensure availability and timely replenishment. Handle dealer issues, claims, and resolve disputes efficiently.Manage the field sales representatives and work toward achieving the targets working in alignment with the dealers.3. Market Expansion & Strategy :
Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets within the region.Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and trends.Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.Meet and build relations in the market with MEP consultants, Principal contractors, Architects & Structural consultants.Arrange and manage regular meets with consultants in the industry for knowledge sharing and networking to generate connections and new leads.4. Team Collaboration & Reporting :
Coordinate with internal teams, including Design team, pre-sales, supply chain, marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth operations.Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business performance analysis.Train and mentor channel partners to drive better performance and productivity.Preferred candidate profile :
Education : Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Production / equivalent or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience : 8 to 15 years of proven sales experience modular supports industry, MEP project sales, Industrial projects industry.
