Role Overview :
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires strong leadership, market understanding, and relationship management skills to strengthen SR Primes position in the recruitment and talent solutions sector.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, client outreach, and networking.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by ensuring consistent service delivery and satisfaction.
- Identify potential markets, analyze trends, and develop plans to penetrate new segments.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline analyses for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Negotiate and close contracts with prospective clients, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor competition, pricing strategies, and market shifts to stay ahead in the industry.
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities.
