Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant specializing in Time Tracking, Absence, and HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation or have delivered advanced (Level 3) AMS support in the specified modules. This role requires strong functional expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or support configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and HCM modules.
Manage complex issues and deliver Level 3 AMS support , including root-cause analysis and resolution of critical production incidents.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
Drive system enhancements, process improvements, and optimization initiatives within assigned modules.
Perform functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate go-live activities.
Prepare documentation including functional design, test scripts, and configuration guides.
Ensure compliance with best practices, internal standards, and Workday release updates.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–7 years of relevant Workday experience.
Hands-on expertise in Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and HCM modules.
Must have participated in at least one end-to-end implementation or have delivered Level 3 AMS support .
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.
Workday certification(s) in relevant modules is a strong advantage.
