Lead Workday Technical Consultant - HCM Configuration

Description :

Experience : 6 to 8 Years (Minimum 4 Years in Tenant Health & Transformation)

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Workday tenant health assessment, optimization, and transformation activities to ensure system efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance.
• Design and implement Workday HCM configuration changes, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices.
• Partner with functional and technical teams to identify and remediate configuration, integration, and performance issues.
• Develop and maintain Workday data integrity, security configurations, and business process frameworks.
• Conduct impact assessments, regression testing, and release management for Workday updates.
• Lead Workday tenant strategy including sandbox management, data migration, and deployment sequencing.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants on Workday best practices, standards, and system health monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Workday technical solutions.
• Manage Workday reporting and calculated fields, ensuring optimized performance and data availability.
• Support the ongoing automation, transformation, and optimization of Workday processes and integrations.
