Job Title : Workday HCM / Finance / Technical Consultant

Location : Required : 8+ years

Employment Type : Full-time

Work Mode : WFO

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with expertise in HCM, Finance, and / or Technical modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements. This role requires strong Workday functional or technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Participate in end-to-end Workday implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
Configure Workday HCM / Finance modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, Financial Accounting, Procurement, etc.
Develop custom reports using Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and BIRT.
Build and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio.
Gather business requirements, design solutions, and prepare functional / technical specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide best practice recommendations.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and apply fixes.
Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and assist in deployments.
Provide post-production support and end-user training.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, Finance, or related field.

4 to 8 years of Workday experience Hands-on expertise in at least one of the following areas :

HCM Modules : Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, Talent.

Finance Modules : Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects.

Technical : Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio), Reports, Calculated Fields, BIRT.

Strong knowledge of business processes in HR and / or Finance.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Workday certification(s) in relevant modules preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

Workday Core HCM or Finance certification.

Experience in multi-country Workday implementations.

Exposure to Workday Security, BPs, and Data Conversion.

Knowledge of other HCM / ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / PeopleSoft) is a plus.
