Workday Integration & Reporting Consultant - HCM Module

Description : Role description :

Workday Integration & Reporting Consultant technical resource (experience 6-8 years) will design, develop, and support both integrations and reporting solutions within the Workday HCM ecosystem.

The consultant will work closely with HR, IT and business teams to ensure seamless system connectivity and provide actionable insights through advanced reporting and analytics.

Key responsibilities :

Integration :

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Web Services.
• Manage the integrations lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, UAT, and production deployment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support integrations in production environments.
• Collaborate with internal IT and third-party vendors for system-to-system integrations (e.g., payroll, benefits, finance, recruiting).
• Ensure integrations adhere to security, compliance, and data governance standards.
