Job Title : Workday Support Consultant

Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Workday Support Consultant to provide end-to-end support and enhancement for Workday Core HR and Payroll systems. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, managing incidents, and ensuring compliance with UK-based processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and propose suitable Workday solutions.
- Implement configuration changes across development and production tenants.
- Manage incidents, problems, and service requests through resolution.
- Support Workday enhancements, release testing, and impact assessments.
- Work closely with UK-based support teams to ensure OAC compliance and service readiness.
- Perform impact analysis for functional specifications and business process changes.
- Oversee and coordinate third-party deliveries and integrations.
Must-Have Skills :
45 years of hands-on experience in Workday Core HR and Payroll (preferably UK Payroll).Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security configuration, and transport objects.Experience with Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors).Knowledge of UK HR and Payroll legislation.Expertise in Workday release testing, impact assessment, and issue resolution.Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.Good-to-Have Skills :
Experience collaborating with global teams (especially UK-based support).Exposure to Workday Reporting (People Hub, Manager Hub dashboards).Knowledge of OAC compliance and service readiness practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.(ref : hirist.tech)
