WE’RE HIRING : BRAND STRATEGIST / COPYWRITER (a.k.a. The One Who Cracks Campaigns, Not Just Copies)

📍  On-site — Ahmedabad

🧠  Experience :  2–6 years

🎨  Agency DNA preferred

What You’ll Actually Do ✨ Crack Big Ideas

  • Turn half-baked client briefs into  oh-damn-that’s-smart  campaigns.
  • Build communication routes that can run across months — not just a week.

🖊️ Write Like It Matters

  • Headlines. Taglines. Long-form. Scripts. Hooks.
  • Copy that makes people pause (or buy).
  • Develop and refine each brand’s tone, vocabulary, and attitude.

    • 🔍 Mine Human Truths

  • Dig into consumer behaviour, category insights & cultural signals.
  • Convert insights → ideas → campaigns → results.

    • 🎭 Think Like a Strategist, Write Like a Creative

  • Create positioning statements, brand narratives & messaging frameworks.
  • Partner with designers to build campaigns that actually look as good as they sound.

    • 📣 Present Like a Pro

  • Sell ideas with clarity, conviction, and a little bit of drama.
  • Build decks that make sense  and  make impact.
