Key Responsibilities
Staff Management : Hiring, training, and scheduling salon employees, as well as providing guidance and fostering a productive work environment.
Customer Service : Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing complaints, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Operations : Overseeing the daily operations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, and arranging for equipment maintenance.
Inventory & Supplies : Managing salon products, ordering new supplies, and maintaining adequate stock levels.
Financial Management : Processing transactions, managing payroll, tracking expenses and income, and ensuring the salon remains profitable.
Marketing & Sales : Creating and implementing marketing plans, promotions, and special offers to attract new clients and increase revenue.
Compliance : Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and salon policies.
